About this listen

Tune in as I chat with my friend Jayme Galash, NTP! Jayme is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and she is a funny, down-to-earth, and common sense-led practitioner.

Jayme and I became fast friends once we met on Instagram (we like all the same memes) and have bonded over our passion for helping people navigate the “health and wellness space” with a dose of common sense, individuality, and open-mindedness.

In this episode, Jayme shares how she saved her own life after having multiple surgeries and some serious diagnoses. Her story is amazing! We talk about the double edged sword that is social media and why we both focus so heavily on bioindividuality when we work with clients. We also talk about weight gain and loss on a pro-metabolic protocol and common mistakes some people make when applying the “pro-metabolic diet.”

About Jayme:

After healing herself from a host of serious health issues, Jayme became certified as an NTP so that she could help other women on navigate their health journeys, too! She focuses on helping women who are coming from a history of restrictive dieting and who are frustrated with low energy, poor sleep, weight gain, and digestive issues.

Find Jayme on Instagram @unrelentingwellness, and apply for her 6-month nutrition coaching program if you are looking for help on your health journey!
