About this listen

Welcome back to the Stay at Home Mum Channel! I’m Lisa, mum of two little ones, and today I’m opening up about something many of us go through but rarely talk about — burnout.

Between juggling kids, the house, ADHD, anxiety, panic attacks, and even trying (and quitting!) a new job because of mum guilt, life has been FULL ON lately. So today I’m sharing my honest experience with burnout, how it shows up for me, and the small changes I’m making to make life easier — from simplifying toys to planning meals and setting up little routines that actually help.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, exhausted, guilty or like you’re just not coping — you are NOT alone ❤️

Let me know in the comments if this resonates — and if you’d be interested in a private mum community!
