Today's Podcast is about getting over so-called "perceived confidence".
Our 'imposter' within us - the one that says we are not good enough - often stops us spreading our message to the world.
How many of us - especially native-speakers (as I am in Germany) have fears about getting up on that global stage but imagine how sad the whole thing would be if we had no speakers and nobody was willing to share their stories and their wisdom with us. Wouldn't that be a very pale, colourless world?
Wouldn't others love to be inspired by you?
My mission is to get you up there, sharing what you have on a global stage.... as a non-native speaker.
