About this listen

In this episode we talk with Balázs Zágoni, author of 14 fiction and non-fiction books written for children and young adults. For his book The Sphere - Black Light Series 1 he won the Best Young Adult Fiction Prize in Hungary and two other prizes in Romania. 

For nine years he was CEO of Koinonia, a Christian publishing house based in Cluj, Romania. Balázs has a doctorate in liberal arts in Film and serves as assistant professor at the Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj, where he teaches courses on Screenwriting and Creative Writing. He lives in Cluj, Romania, with his wife and his three teenage children.

In this episode, we talk with Balázs about his journey to become a children's and young adult author, about the different genres he has dabbled in, the role that faith plays in his own writing, and of course about Littworld 2022, where he will be a speaker.
