F. Resolution 2025-17 - Malvern Anderson Road, LP Final Subdivision Plan – 0 Reedel Road. Consideration of a final Land Development Plan for Malvern Anderson Road, LP, 0 Reedel Road, for the subdivision of the 18.95 acre parcel into 24 residential lots and associated site improvements subject to the waivers and conditions as outlined in said Resolution. Zoning District R2.

G. Resolution 2025-18 - Agreement of Sale – 886 Brower Road. To adopt Resolution 2025-18 approving the acquisition of 886 Brower Road, being parcels 58-00-02353-00-1 & 58-00-02353-00-4 by deed in lieu of condemnation and authorizing the execution of an agreement of sale for purchase of the properties by the proper Township officials.

H. Consent Agenda re:
1. Resolution 2025-19 – Adopt initiatives to be recognized as a Pennsylvania Audubon Council Bird Town Pennsylvania.
2. Police Pension Plan Investment Rate of Return. Approval of the Township’s Actuary’s recommendation to reduce the current plan investment rate of return to 7.25% and as recommended by the Pension Advisory Board.
3. Consideration of a Business Tax Appeal Settlement. Approval of a Business Tax Appeal in the amount of $3,113.00 for the years 2019, 2020 and 2024.
4. Resolution 2025-20 – Disposition of Township Vehicles to J.J. Kane Auctions of Plymouth Meeting for an estimated sale value of $18,900.00.
5. Neuman & Associates Consulting Agreement – Approval of a six (6) month agreement (7/2025-12/2025) with Neuman & Associates for consulting services related to multi-purpose sports and entertainment facilities in the Township in accordance with the terms outlined in the letter of agreement.
6. Appointment of Nixon Peabody, LLP., as special counsel to the Board of Supervisors per their proposal dated June 18, 2025 as recommended by the Township Manager.
7. Moore Road Multimodal Trail Traffic Study & Design Development Project: Approval for the KOP-BID to advertise and conduct a request for proposals of professional design services for the Moore Road Multimodal Trail.
8. Recharge Park Construction Project: Approval for the KOP-BID to advertise and conduct a request for proposals to construct Recharge Park on First Avenue in Moore Park.
9. Authorization to Purchase – Authorization to purchase the following vehicles through any State or Competitive Bidding Contract utilizing funds from the Fire Apparatus Fund.
A. 2029 Pierce Enforcer Pumper Fire Engine from Glick Fire Equipment Co of Lancaster, PA in the amount of $1,192,000
B. (1) 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe, including fit-out in the amount of $88,217.90 for Deputy Fire Chief.
