Essa nova legislação estabelece regras claras para síndicos e funcionários de condomínios residenciais e comerciais quanto à obrigatoriedade de comunicação de casos ou indícios de violência doméstica e familiar, incluindo agressões a mulheres, crianças, adolescentes, idosos e animais, ocorridas em unidades privativas ou áreas comuns do condomínio.
