  • What If You Are Just Living in the Wrong Place?
    Feb 26 2026
In this episode, we reflect on how the places we’ve lived have shaped who we are—from the heaviness we felt in our hometowns to the magnetic pull of cities like Florence, Buenos Aires, and Austin. We also share what it’s been like raising our kids in France, including navigating the country’s unique school schedule , and how our move abroad forced us to slow down, heal, and process everything from trauma to identity shifts. Looking back, we can clearly see how certain places broke us open, helped us grow, or brought us back to ourselves. The heart of this conversation is astrocartography—mapping our birth charts onto the globe to see how different locations activate different parts of us . When we looked at our own maps, we were blown away to find that the cities that changed us most aligned almost exactly with powerful planetary lines. We break down what those lines mean and share how you can explore your own map, whether you’re considering a move or simply curious why some places feel expansive while others feel misaligned. For us, it’s been a powerful reminder that sometimes we travel not just to see the world—but to meet new versions of ourselves.More Information:https://www.astro.com/☀ Sun Lines — Identity, Visibility, VitalityCore themes: confidence, recognition, life force, leadership• Feeling seen• Career advancement (especially MC)• Strong sense of “this is me”• Increased energyFeels like: Stepping into your main character energy.🌙 Moon Lines — Emotions, Home, SensitivityCore themes: intuition, family, belonging, emotional life• Deep emotional experiences• Strong connection to home/family themes• Heightened intuition• Nurturing or being nurturedFeels like: Safe and tender... or deeply triggering.☿ Mercury Lines — Communication,Learning, MovementCore themes: writing, speaking, networking, curiosity• Busy, social energy• Mental stimulation• Great for media, podcasting, teaching• Quick connectionsFeels like: Fast, buzzing, connected.♀ Venus Lines — Love, Beauty, PleasureCore themes: romance, art, luxury, friendships• Romantic relationships flourish• Aesthetic glow-up• Social ease• Creative expansionFeels like: Soft, magnetic, charming.♂ Mars Lines — Drive, Action, HeatCore themes: ambition, sexuality, competition• High productivity• Sexual chemistry• Physical vitality• Entrepreneurial pushFeels like: Charged, bold, slightly intense.♃ Jupiter Lines — Growth, Luck, ExpansionCore themes: opportunity, travel, abundance, optimism• Career growth• International connections• Teaching/spiritual development• Feeling luckyFeels like: Big, open, abundant.♄ Saturn Lines — Discipline, Karma, Long-Term GrowthCore themes: responsibility, maturity, structure• Career building• Serious relationships• Life lessons• Slow but lasting successFeels like: Hard work, but formative.♅ Uranus Lines — Freedom, Reinvention,DisruptionCore themes: change, rebellion, innovation• Radical lifestyle shifts• Sudden opportunities• Unexpected relationships• Feeling electricFeels like: Unpredictable, awakening.♆ Neptune Lines — Dreams, Spirituality,IllusionCore themes: creativity, mysticism, fantasy• Spiritual awakening• Artistic inspiration• Romantic fantasy• EscapismFeels like: Magical... or foggy.♇ Pluto Lines — Transformation, Power,IntensityCore themes: rebirth, control, depth psychology• Deep personal transformation• Power dynamics• Intense relationships• Career reinventionFeels like: Life-changing, not casual.☊ North Node Lines — Destiny & Future PathCore themes: soul direction, growth edges• Fated connections• Career pivots• Meeting mentors• Feeling pulled forwardShadow:• Discomfort• Being pushed out of comfort zoneFeels like: Significant and purposeful.Don’t forget to subscribe, rate, and review if you’re enjoying the show, and thank you for being a part of our journey.Contact info:Instagram: @the_eptons -Intro and outro music produced by Jeremy Silver-

  • From Australia to Provence: Building a Dream (and a Business) in France with Susannah & Hugh Cameron
    Feb 18 2026

What does it really take to move to France- and stay?

In this episode, I’m sitting down with Susannah and Hugh Cameron, the founders of Chez Pluie (a beautifully curated French antiques boutique) and creators of Provence Export, a shipping app that helps shoppers get antiques home safely from anywhere in France.

They share the real story behind their move from Australia to Provence, including the unforgettable moment they bought their village house in just four days (yes, really), what it was like arriving with no fixed plan, and how they built a business from a garage logistics setup into a full-scale operation with a growing French team.

We talk about the romantic side of Provence and the realities: French bureaucracy, hiring, taxes, finding the right accountant, and how embracing the French system became a turning point. Plus, Susannah and Hugh share behind-the-scenes stories from shipping priceless antiques around the world, including a truly wild one involving Julia Child’s stove!

If you’re dreaming about a big move, building a business abroad, or just love Provence, antiques, and reinvention, this one’s for you.

  • Celebrating 1 Year of AWGWG!
    Feb 11 2026

In this special one-year anniversary episode of Away We Go We Go, we’re taking a moment to reflect on everything this past year has held—both on the podcast and in our life in France. What started as a way to answer questions and document our move abroad has grown into a global community we never could have imagined. From raising our twins in Provence and building family rituals at local markets, to traveling across Europe and back to California, this year has been full of adventure, perspective, and growth. We share some of our biggest “roses” from the year—travel highlights, watching our kids thrive, deepening friendships, and the unexpected joy of creating a home and rhythm here.

Of course, we also talk honestly about the “thorns.” The realities of bureaucracy, visa delays, school logistics, traffic, and the emotional toll of navigating life in a foreign country are very real. Moving abroad isn’t just lavender fields and long lunches—it’s paperwork, hard decisions, and plenty of “what the heck are we doing?” moments. We open up about the challenges we’ve faced behind the scenes and what those experiences have taught us about resilience, perspective, and knowing your “why.”

Most of all, this episode is about gratitude. We reflect on how this podcast has connected us with incredible guests and listeners around the world, and how much this community has meant to us. Thank you for being part of this journey—through the laughs, the mishaps, the big wins, and the messy middle. We can’t wait to see what the next year brings.

Don’t forget to subscribe, rate, and review if you’re enjoying the show, and thank you for being a part of our journey.
