Guest Bio

Cornell is both the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Headspace, as well as the founder and CEO of Brave Trainings, a boutique diversity consulting firm. He has a background in education — taught high school English and worked in higher education administration. Cornell has a vast range of experience and expertise in DEI from education to tech to running his own firm to now also leading DEI at the intersection of mental health.
