    With an estimated 300,000 solar panels requiring disposal annually up to 2030 and rapidly increasing to 5 million per annum by 2035 when they reach thier end of life, Research Fellow Deepika Mathur of Charles Darwin University has identified in her report 'End Of Life Management of Solar PV Panels' the many challenges Australia faces in terms of managing this rapidly growing E Waste.

    Rick Ralph discusses with Deepika the challenges and shortcomings in current Australian recycling practices and reuse systems particularly as they impact in remote and regional Australia.
