 Depuis deux ans, Villeurbanne a mis en place un budget participatif pour concrétiser des idées proposées par des habitants et des habitantes. Mais concrètement, comment ça se passe ? Pour mieux comprendre ce qui se passe entre le dépôt d’une idée et sa réalisation, nous partons à la rencontre de trois porteurs de projet, dont les idées ont été élues aux budgets participatif de 2021 et de 2022.
