About this listen
In this episode, we talk about how those assumptions can lead us into our own sin: pride, judgment, gossip, or a lack of compassion. Instead of assuming the worst, we explore how slowing down, seeking understanding, and responding with Christ-like humility can transform our relationships and protect our hearts.
1 John 1:8-9 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
We need to check our own heart and thoughts or allow the Holy Spirit to search and expose our heart, repenting rather than making assumptions about others.
It’s a practical, heartfelt reminder to pause, listen, and see people the way Jesus does.
