Patrick von Känel is a Swiss professional paraglider from the Bernese Oberland. A regular competitor in the Red Bull X-Alps, he finished second in the 2021 edition. In 2024, he set a world record by flying his paraglider through a 152-meter tunnel—an idea sparked during the 2023 race.
