Some of the members of our referee community were telling me when they send a kid off they start to cry. I've had it before aswel. Not a great feeling.
So the question is, what do you do when a kid (under 8) is already on a yellow card and does another yellow card offence?
Let them off with it?
Send them off and expect the tears? Get them substituted ?
