The purpose of a boundary is to define what is mine and what is yours. It clearly defines what is in my space and what is in your space. Most boundaries work from the inside out. Once you have internally defined boundaries, you will then be able to externally live them out. This will give you freedom and promote healthy self care. To Choose Life day in and day out, we need to learn how to have appropriate boundaries.
