  • Episode 31 - Mitzi Akaha
    Apr 6 2026

Recorded at the end of 2025 (that feels important to note), Quincy & Mia sit down with multi-hyphenate artist and actor, Mitzi Akaha to discuss some of life's heavier topics but also squirrels.

Mitzi Akaha is a NY-based actor who started her career on an educational sketch show for the NHK. Dubbed a rising star by Maryland Film Festival in 2024, she won Brooklyn FF's Best Actor Award for her portrayal of a 29-year-old failing to adult in Hawaii-made Chaperone (Slamdance 2024 Grand Jury Breakout Feature), and stars in the elevated zombie love story Herd, named one of the best genre films of the year by Yahoo Movies and Fangoria. Her films have played Sundance, Raindance, Hollyshorts, Florida, Sidewalk and Maryland Film Festivals, among others, and her television credits include Fallout, Modern Love and Archive 81. She is also a published writer, illustrator, animator and environmental activist.

  • Episode 29 - Hot Takes!
    Mar 12 2025

Quincy and Mia are back with a real barn burner of an episode, where they exchange their most controversial, eyebrow-raising, and possibly friendship-ending hot takes. Nothing is safe—except their desperate attempts to avoid offending literally everyone (they fail). Who will have the spiciest take? Who will regret speaking into a microphone? Who will be mad at us by the end of the episode? Tune in to find out!
