About this listen
There is a lot of subtlety to this video. Botox works sometimes, chiropractic adjustments work sometimes and can help loosen up before rehab or combined with muscle work, some hip problems do actually require hip replacements, etc... but these things are not always the best management, and some things may be done more for financial gain.Even regularly visiting your chiropractor could be nice... but it irks me when it is presented as a cure-all and as a requirement to be healthy.I didn't get into it, but even something like cranial therapy, the chiro/osteopathic explanation is pseudoscience but the treatment can be great. If someone comes in asking for a destressing, relaxing session, I use it. I also use it for some headaches, particularly concussion and sinus headaches to great effect sometimes. If I start it and the patient feels less tension or they feel they are breathing more clearly or thinking more clearly, then I continue, if it isn't doing anything for them I stop.... I don't tell them they need 12 sessions for it to work.....For more resources and information about myself and my services check out https://www.DrRamakko.comYou can also search for my book on Amazon: "Pain is Not a Life Sentence: A Guide to Understanding and Eliminating Chronic Muscle, Joint, and Nerve Pain". https://books2read.com/ap/xM7Kek/Brandon-RamakkoMy ultrasound course for MDs, DOs, DCs, and physiotherapists: https://msk-pocus-training.trainercentralsite.com
