About this listen

 Over the last 5 years I have done 2 separate 24hr Walks for 2 seprate fundraisers, but they have both aligned to one thing - Mental Health. Earlier this year I made a promise that I would do 2 monthly podcasts and a 24hr for charities of my choice before January 2026, if a target was met - That target was met within 30 minutes... So a deal is a deal, and today I give you an update.
