About this listen

AmaZing Women is a microcast hosted by Dr. Meka Allen, where we spotlight phenomenal women across the Valley doing exceptional work. In each episode, I ask three powerful questions: What makes you AmaZing? How do you support other AmaZing women? How can we support you? This space exists to celebrate women at every level of leadership, whether their impact reaches five people or five thousand. Too often, especially for women of color, we are taught to shrink, to stay humble, to let the work speak quietly for itself. This microcast pushes back on that. And we refuse to let brilliance go uncelebrAmaZing Women Personal Development Personal Success
