I tassi sono cresciuti nell’ultimo anno, a partire dal mese di luglio hanno iniziato ad impattare sulla rata, in particolare sui mutui a tasso variabile con durata residua molto lunga.
La Finanziaria si è attivata con alcune misure per andare incontro ai mutuatari con determinate caratteristiche per passare da tasso variabile a tasso fisso sulla base di una serie di parametri.
