About this listen
This is an introduction to Nadi Shodhana, a basic pranayama practice also known as Alternate Nostril Breathing, which has the effect of creating a sense of balance. Balance between left and right brain, balance in a more comprehensive 'feeling' sense. Also (and maybe because of the balance effect) it has the potential to uncover the natural calm spaciousness of a mind at ease.
