About this listen
"The only true currency in this bankrupt world is what you share with someone else when you're uncool."
It's Music Month here at the Cult Cinema Circle Headquarters, so we needed to start this month off with an absolutely classic film about music, Almost Famous (2000). Joining me for this episode is Mark J. Parker, host of Release Date Rewind. As part of this episode, we talk about Cameron Crowe, this fabulous cast, what we think of these characters and some of the themes that are being explored in this film.
This movie is all about going out and experiencing this culture of music, but it's also a great story about being able to "go home", and I think we had a great conversation around that
