That is not to say that everyone needs to be a fitness super freak or a mindfulness guru, BUT it is important to find one's true balance.
Norm's rant discusses the importance of maintaining an open and honest dialogue, remaining civil during the conversation and if/when the conversation turns sour, how extremely important it is to understand when you've crossed a line and apologize to the other party.
