    Hello hello! We have fun one today even though yes there is murder. Michael Malloy is legend and hero to many. I just love him and he sadly does have a tragic end but man did he not die many many times before. Michael was said to be around 60 years old and he immigrated from Ireland in 1920 to the Bronx New York. It was great depression in the early 1930 and speakeasy's were a huge hit. Michael was homeless and he loved a speakeasy called the Mermaid. Tony a 27 year old owned this and he was on the verge of bankruptcy. He let Michael have a tab which was good on paying here there only now he couldn't. Tony and his gang come up with plan to take out an insurance policy on Michael and kill him make it look like an accident. Sure okay only Michael won't die. What finally gets Michael, you'll have to listen to find out!

  • Episode 115: The Alabama University Mass Shooting

    Its 2010 and Amy Bishop a professor at the University of Alabama was in a staff meeting. This was pointless to her as it was all discuss about the next school year, Amy was normally very vocal and expressed her opinions. Not today she was very quiet. Amy had her PHD from Harvard and was up for Tenure the year prior and had been denied. After this semester was over she wouldn't have a job. The meeting is wrapping and Amy pulls a 9mm from her purse and just starts shooting people. Why did she do this? Was this for not getting Tenure or another reason like she is crazy. What happened in her past may be a good sign to why did.

  • Episode 114: A Warning shot equals 20 years

    We have a frustrating case today. Warning we are going to heavily talk about domestic abuse and what happens when one is abused. Marissa Alexander she was mother of twins and in 2009 she meets Rico Gray on a blind date and boy did the fireworks fly. Well it didn't last long until the abuse started to happen. In 2010 Marissa was fearful for her life when Rico threated to kill her, she fired a warning shot into the ceiling to scare him off. Marissa was charged and arrested, Rico was the victim (not) and the sentence on the table was 20 years in prison for firing a warning shot. Find out what why its 20 years, what lead to the warning shot and what a true monster Rico is.
