In this episode, I get real about something many women face after divorce — learning to love the woman in the mirror again.

When my marriage ended, I struggled with my body image, weight gain, and the habit of comparing myself to my ex’s new partner. It left me feeling unattractive and unworthy. But through counseling, self-care, and faith, I slowly began rebuilding my confidence and discovering that healing starts when I stop comparing and start loving myself again.

This episode is a reminder that I’m not in competition with anyone — and neither are you. What we carry is unique, powerful, and deeply valuable.

💛 She is not me… and that’s my power.
