About this listen
Acts 7–9
In today’s reading, we walk through a powerful turning point in the Book of Acts.
- Acts 7: Stephen boldly shares the story of God’s faithfulness and calls out the people’s resistance to the Holy Spirit. His unwavering faith leads to his martyrdom — and a great move of God begins.
- Acts 8: The church scatters, but the gospel spreads even further. Philip preaches in Samaria, and we witness the incredible story of the Ethiopian eunuch receiving the Good News.
- Acts 9: Saul’s dramatic encounter with Jesus on the road to Damascus changes everything. The persecutor of Christians becomes a chosen instrument to share the gospel.
These chapters remind us how God can use even the hardest moments to advance His Kingdom and transform lives.
