अच्युतम केशवम एक भक्ति भजन है जो कृष्णा के लिए गाया जाता है। ये विभिन्न विष्णु पूजा और रामायण पाठ, सुंदरकांड, विजयदशमी, रामचरितमानस, अखंड रामायण आदि में गया जाना वाला प्रमुख भजन है। इन पंक्तियों में भगवान् श्री कृष्ण जो विष्णु जी के अवतार हैं उनको उनकी लीलाओं के आधार पर विभिन्न नामों से पुकारा गया है। श्री कृष्ण को ही अच्युत कहा गया है जो अपने स्थान पर अटल है, च्युत नहीं हुआ है। केशव, कृष्ण राम नारायण का अर्थ भगवान् श्री विष्णु जी हैं क्योंकि कृष्ण और राम उन्ही के अवतार हैं।
