Purtroppo non ho proprio trovato il tempo di pubblicare un nuovo episodio in autunno come avevo promesso, però per eccoci qui e si inaugura il 2024 con una nuova serie dedicata a un tema molto attuale: il rapporto fra Arte Contemporanea e Cultura indigena.
Questo 26° episodio di Untitled è dedicato a Historjà dell'artista sami Britta Marakatt-Labba. Questo lavoro è uno straordinario arazzo, lungo ben 23,5 metri, che racconta la storia e la cosmologia sami.
L'artista costruisce un vero e proprio atto d'amore per la sua gente, disseminando il loro sapere millenario e lottando in modo non violento per il riconoscimento di maggiori diritti per questa popolazione indigena d'Europa.
