About this listen
S01E03 | MENTAL HEALTH & THE BENEFITS OF COUNSELING
Series Episode 007
Thanks to a Readers Digest article I read when I was a kid, I not only didn't learn how to deal with my anxiety during my parent's divorce but also believed all "self-help" related books, articles, whatever was complete bullshit. (Listen to the PSYCHOBABBLE BULLSHIT episode for more on that!)
In this episode, I discuss the advice in that article that I call "The Ringing Telephone Advice" and how serious my anxiety levels would get while going through my parent's divorce.
Buckle up . .. .this one gets a little bumpy!
