激動の時代の最大の危険は、激動そのものではない。昨日の論理で動くことだ。
AIという激しい波の中で、私たちは「変化を読む」ことばかりに気を取られがちです。でも本当に大切なのは、「変化をどう読むか」という思考そのものの更新速度なのではないでしょうか。
ドラッカーが語る“昨日の論理”とは、過去の成功体験や常識をそのまま未来に持ち込む危うさです。AIのように、技術が前提を根こそぎ変えてしまう時代には、昨日の成功法則が今日の足かせになる。だからこそ、私たちは「思考のアップデート」を日常の営みとして持たねばならないと感じます。
