The Legacy Lunker Program allows anglers to donate any 10 pound-plus largemouth bass caught on public water in Arkansas from January 1 through March 31 each year for spawning purposes at Joe Hogan State Fish Hatchery. After spawning the bass and offspring will be released back into the lake the fish is caught. Anglers turning in the bass will receive a prize package.
