About this listen

We’ve all experienced, for ourselves or our loved ones, illnesses, fear, invasive thoughts, challenges with forgiveness, ungroundedness, trauma, loss, pain. This month we want to talk again about the intelligence of the plant kingdom with two guests who will address how plants can heal - from naturopathic remedies to cannabis and plant-based psychedelics.

Jennifer Wong is a seasoned guide in the world of healing and consciousness. Since 2006, she has worked as a writer, podcaster, energy and plant medicine healing facilitator and coach, shamanic practitioner, hypnotist, and meditation group facilitator in drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers. She values the power of personal narrative, the medicine of presence, and the profound intelligence of the plant kingdom—especially psychedelics and cannabis—as sacred allies in the journey of self-discovery and healing.

Dr. Coleen Murphy is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist. She has been in clinical practice since 2004 when she founded Natural Medicine Works in California and has been providing naturopathic primary care medicine ever since. Dr. Murphy believes in addressing the root cause of disease and treating it with non-invasive, natural therapies.
