In this episode, I share a shamanic traveler's experience of the British Museum — sitting with sacred objects of power, navigating the colonial complexity, and noticing how intensely a place like this can light up an energetically sensitive system.
The British Museum is an extraordinary and complicated place — a building filled with sacred objects and beautiful artifacts, many of which were taken from colonized cultures without consent. In this episode, I hold that complexity while also sharing the very real energetic richness of being in the presence of so many power objects in one place.
I talk about what it was like to move through room after room of potent statues, ceremonial objects, and archetypal presences, and how my dreams spent weeks unpacking the transmissions afterward. I also explore how our past lives, magical traditions, and personal archetypal relationships shape which pieces "light up" for us, and why two people can walk through the same gallery and have completely different experiences.
Along the way, I offer some gentle practical guidance for energetic sensitives on how to pace yourself in places filled with sacred objects, and how to honor both your ethics and your lived experience of magic.
