The baby is one!! It's soo good to be back in front of the mic, my camera, and with all of YOU! It's been a bit, so I have some stuff to go over with y'all that I can't promise you will absolutely love...I know I don't, but it's temporary.
2023 put me through it, with medical issues, friendship heartbreaks, personal struggles, and feeling like I was always on a hamster wheel with no way off. I've been backed in a corner and spread way too thin at at the expense of others, and while I try and find the balance that I need to have while I complete these very important milestones coming up for myself, I have to make sure my head and heart are as in line and stress-free as possible.
As we start off 2024, I want to make my intentions clear to help you realize how being selfish isn't always a bad thing. I want to share my own personal goals and intentions for how I plan to take better care of myself mentally, physically, and emotionally in hopes it will inspire you to do the same. This is the year I work on my recovery in all aspects, for my own well-being and those I decide I want to grow and progress with.
