About this listen

In this episode of Stay Mindful with Dr. Evelyn Davis, we’re taking a closer look at grief—not just as something that follows loss, but as something that can also show up through change and even growth. We often think of grief as something that happens after an ending—like the death of a loved one or the close of an important chapter—but grief also shows up when life changes. It might come when our kids leave home, when a relationship ends, or when the world around us feels uncertain or divided. And sometimes, grief even shows up in seasons of growth—when we step into a new chapter but have to leave something familiar behind. Today, we’ll talk about how grief weaves through all of these transitions, and how mindfulness can help us make space for both the pain and the lessons that come with it.
