Even though we often feel very alone with our chronic illness, there are millions of other suffers around the world. There are some who have it all figured out. Then there are many of us, where it's a daily struggle to navigate the ever-evolving journey that is our illness. I"ll preface by saying, I do not have it all figured out. This is my journey and I'm sharing it with you. You may be able to relate, but I really wanted to share with you to help you feel heard.

We all deal with chronic illness the best way we know how, but it's nice to know that we aren't alone in our struggles with pain, depression, indecision, and so much more.
