We are thrilled to welcome the inspiring Gabrielle Parkinson. Gabrielle brings a wealth of experience in career and life coaching, executive coaching, and entrepreneurship. She founded Business Connections in 1985, which evolved into the Women Entrepreneurs Institute in 2000, to support female entrepreneurs. Gabrielle has also been recognized as the “Women Business Advocate of the Year” in Northern California by the SBA and received the “Woman of Achievement” award in Humboldt County. In her current role, Gabrielle focuses on helping individuals, couples, and businesses find clarity and achieve a healthy balance in their lives. She emphasizes the importance of self-care and making positive changes to attract new possibilities and reach your full potential.

In addition to her coaching and mentoring work, Gabrielle co-founded the Soup, Salad, Sex Blog with Sarah Sherwood in 2022. This blog offers wisdom and insights to help people cultivate loving relationships and empower themselves to be positive forces in their communities. Gabrielle's approach combines practical strategies, such as creating flexible career and life plans, with a deep belief in the power of dreaming and self-discovery. Whether she's teaching effective coaching skills to leaders, supporting entrepreneurial women, or facilitating workshops, Gabrielle’s passion for empowering others to embrace their talents and live fulfilling lives shines through.
