In this episode, we dissect the impact of normalizing unlearning.  We have to understand that unlearning is just as important as learning is.  In order for us to become the very best version of ourselves we have to explore those thoughts, truths, and beliefs that we hold that are flawed and result in us limiting ourselves and others.  So take a listen and let the unlearning begin.
