Julie Trell is an Innovation Strategist for whom serendipity, chance, and good fortune have played a significant role in the evolution of her career. Starting out as a classroom teacher, moving into the IT department of an inner-city Atlanta school, she ended up in a series of plum roles in Silicon Valley before taking a chance on an opportunity on the other side of the world. Now a naturalised Australian, Julie takes her role as a mentor seriously and gets more out of her mentees than they will ever know, and goes back into the primary school classroom whenever she can.
