「小籠包×餃子」をテーマに長年の歳月をかけ「日本一美味しい餃子店」を目指して開発。
バンダイナムコと日テレの主催「全国餃子名店対決」で優勝。
世界食品コンテスト「モンドセレクション」において「餃子」で世界初の金賞を受賞。
初出店【お客様人気投票１位】（以降10年間・餃子店53店舗中）
新しいビジネス形態として、2022年から餃子のライセンス形態をスタート。
2025年にまでにライセンス契約300店舗を目指している。
