I'm getting real with this one and sharing my personal struggle with anxiety and how my faith in God guided me to overcome it. As someone who suffered for years under anxiety's control, I know how few resources there are for this. I always knew I could beat anxiety, but I never knew how. That's why I created this series for you. In Part 1, you will learn the importance of belief, defining your faith, and declaring affirmations to counter anxiety - plus HOW to do all these things. There are key scriptures and practical exercises, such as journaling and consistent faith declarations, to help you start your journey toward an anxiety-free life.
