About this listen

I was honoured to be asked as a guest on Lyn Man's new podcast, I Am Enough. I insisted on leaving in the beginning where she fluffs her lines, because it really is relevant to our discussion. The thing is, when we come from a place of compassion for the other, we have more compassion for ourselves too, and more patience for life.
I hope you enjoy this slow conversation between Lyn and I. Considering the speed of 2025 so far, we need to deliberately slow everything down. That's where the beauty is.
I'm delighted to share that Lyn is supporting me as I teach my Life Mastery Practitioners Certification. She is a great support to the students too.

About Lyn:
As a child, Lyn Man felt the place she belonged was in nature, it didn't ask anything from her; she could be herself. It wasn't until many years later that Lyn realised the importance of this and how the layers she showed up with kept her from her natural wisdom and wholeness.
After years of exploring and working to transmute her own layers, as well as seeing the impact of societal and cultural beliefs and stories, Lyn, a certified coach, now holds the space for others to connect to their Natural Wisdom and to seed the story they want to create; to embrace their wholeness.
