About this listen
Teenagers now are equally as annoying as our own teenage years were confusing. Most of us were gaslighted, unknowingly scarred for life, and we have never looked back. Instead we become adults that react like teenagers to triggers we don't even know we have, and still don't want to recognise.
It's time for me to throw around words like prefrontal cortex, amygdala and executive function. It's time to get confused while making our brain understand our brain. It's time to heal our inner teenagers.
