Dulfary est Colombienne, elle habite à Barcelone en Espagne avec son fils Gabriel âgé de huit ans. Ils préparent tous les deux un sancocho à la poule. C’est une soupe traditionnelle colombienne que l’on mange avec du riz. Pour Dulfary, il est très important de transmettre sa culture à son fils. Même si elle est loin de son pays, elle tente malgré tout de rester connecter avec ses origines.
