Dr. Jessica Bartley is the Senior Director of Psychological Services for the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee. A licensed psychologist, clinical social worker andCertified Mental Performance Consultant with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, Dr. Bartley joined the USOPC in 2020.
