 In dieser Episode ist Carsten auf dem ersten Symposium des ECMO Netzwerks zu Gast und spricht mit Tim Daron, Fachkrankenpfleger an der MHH und Teil des ECMO Netzwerks. Tim gibt Einblicke in die Praxis der Wach-ECMO bei Patient:innen vor einer Lungentransplantation: Von der Mobilisation trotz Kanülierung über psychische Belastungen bis hin zu ethischen Fragen rund um Therapiezieländerungen. Dabei geht es um Teamarbeit, pflegerische Expertise und Verantwortung – aber auch um Grenzen, Verluste und wie Pflegende mit diesen Erfahrungen umgehen.
