標津町出身。立命館慶祥高等学校・立命館大学政策科学部へ進学し、卒業後は包装資材メーカーに就職し、2022年合同会社しゃけをを設立。
未利用魚・カジカを使用した「しゃけをのTHE北海道だし」、お土産グランプリに輝いた「北海道グミミルクソフトクリーム味」などを発売。
６次産業化や地域をリードできる世界企業を目指す。
