鈴铃卷虾卷

1. 铃铃卷 一 1盒

2. 虾 一 300克

3. 薑泥一15克

4. 蒜泥一 15克

5.鸡蛋一 l 粒

6.新鲜玉米粒一40克

7.红萝卜一40克 (切小丁)

8.芫荽 一 切碎

9,料理酒一 15毫升

10,麻油一 15毫升

11.盐一 半茶匙

12.玉米粉一 1汤匙

13.玉米油一 500ml (炸虾卷用)

做法:

1.虾去壳去腸后一半切成小丁,一半剁成泥后将材料3到12的调味料和材料都放入虾中搅拌均匀待用.

2. 钤钤卷过一下水就会变软 * 温馨的提醒-只是过一下水不能泡或洗太久喔!

3. 把已软化的铃铃卷打开切为二后再把一汤匙的虾泥放入后卷起, 一样的把全部卷完.

4, 把全部卷好的铃铃卷放入蒸锅用大火蒸5分钟后出锅。

5.热锅下玉米油待油热后下铃铃虾卷,用中火把它用半煎半炸的方式,约5分钟便可出锅。
