About this listen

If we train together or you follow me on LinkedIn, you know that I use a different method of working with the body. It is a method based on the experience of coaching and the latest scientific research results. It is a combination of dots that, when put together at the right time and in the right proportions, give us a healthy body, better well-being, fitness and a sense of satisfaction. The method includes, among others, the most beneficial forms of movement, i.e. strength training, Pilates, stretching, yoga, fascial, functional and medical training, as well as elements that complement training in the pursuit of health and achieving goals. Have an active day,
Justyna.
