Joachim Nymann har tidligere vært rusmisbruker og yrkeskriminell. Han har vært i BUP fra 15-års alderen, videre i DPS, poliklinisk rusbehandling, barnevern, fengsel og som pasient i døgnbehandling innen rus. I dag har han vært rusfri i 5 år og jobber med forebyggende sosialt arbeid i Bydel Frogner i Oslo. Han bruker sin erfaring og fortid til å hjelpe barn og unge som trenger det, og gjør med dette en utrolig viktig jobb!
