Nasceu em Paris, em 1968. E foi na capital francesa que viveu até aos seis anos de idade. No ano em que Portugal ficou livre, chegou ao nosso país para iniciar os estudos. Licenciou-se em ensino do Português, História e Ciências Sociais. Escreve para a revista Animarte desde 2010 e com a revista Amar, desde 2017. Em 2016 publicou os primeiros poemas. Há poucos meses lançou Sexto Sentido e está a chegar um livro infantil
